Meet Your Inspector
I am an experienced inspector with a background of delivering high quality results. I bring with me almost 10 years of experience with residential construction and 5 years working diligently under a roofing contractor where I was the field and wind mitigation inspector. Working so closely with countless Realtors and Roofers in Florida, I noticed the need for quality inspectors harnessing today’s technology. By creating a seamless solution for clients, agents and professional contractors to access our meticulously detailed inspections, I believe we can begin to change the inspector industry in Florida, starting with the Tampa Inspection Company.

Our Services
residential Inspections
Certified inspectors evaluate properties for safety, value, and habitability. They identify issues in key systems such as structure, electricity, plumbing, HVAC and roofing, examining both interior and exterior using specialized tools
pre-sale inspections
A pre-sale inspection evaluates a property before listing, identifying issues and repairs needed. It covers the home's structural components, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof, and systems. A detailed report outlines deficiencies, assisting homeowners in making repairs and potential buyers in evaluating the property.
wind mitigation inspection
Wind mitigation inspection assesses a property's structural components to make it resistant to weather-related damage. It identifies features that limit damage risks, and the report aids informed decisions on wind damage mitigation. Factors evaluated include the roof shape, roofing material type, impact-resistant windows, shutters, system age, and condition, among others.
4-point inspection
A 4-point inspection checks major areas of a home: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roof, which are critical and expensive to fix. A licensed inspector visually examines these areas for defects, producing a report with recommended repairs or upgrades. Many insurance companies require this inspection before providing coverage for older or weather-sensitive homes.
roof inspection
Roof inspection ensures the roof is sound, weather-tight and protective of the building. An expert inspector checks for damage, wear and tear, leaks, missing shingles, and rusted flashing. The gutter system is inspected for debris and damage. The interior of the building is inspected for mold, water damage, and any signs of issues caused by damage on the roof. Inspections help ensure the building's longevity, avoiding expensive future repairs and replacements.
Indoor Air Quality Testing & Mold Assessments
A non invasive visual assessment; we take humidity readings, and our expert inspector looks for anything that could be a red flag. We collect air samples for VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and air and surface samples for mold in areas of concern. Our tests are very case specific, and we tailor them to your specific scenario and symptoms. As licensed mold assessors we are also able to write protocols for the remediation team to follow.
Mold Testing
There are over 400,000 types of mold, and while there are only a few dozen that are toxic, exposure to many molds can lead to health problems. It can also cause structural damage to your house.
Moisture Evaluations
Moisture evaluations are used to identify and assess moisture damage in buildings. They can help to prevent mold growth, structural damage, and health problems.
